Kyi is one of the senior officers in YSE. With her belief in educational benefits, she joined YSE as a social media officer since 2012 hoping to support better education opportunities to rural places in Myanmar. In 2014, she left YSE to focus on her studies in college, and rejoined YSE in 2017 as a social media and networking chair, and promoted as an executive director of social media and networking in April 2018. She continued her service as an executive director until January 19, 2019 and promoted as a Chief Operating Officer due to her dedication to YSE.
